The level of misogyny in this country has become so clear over the last few years. It feels like we’re back to the ‘50s in terms of attitudes about gender roles, sexuality, responsibility, and entitlement.

I wanted to let you know that I 100% agree with something you wrote in the article on CNN. I have been interested in Substack for quite a while and I’m a first time paid subscriber because of you. I thought the CNN article would be on Substack but is not but it’s worth posting to the comments of this related article here. I completely agree with your statement that this is the stuff of nightmares. I hope to see more article like the CNN article in Substack if you can. Looking forward to subscribing to you and others on Substack. Thanks!

On your Twitter page you shared an article about how Millennials are moving to the right. The Republican's policies are so unpopular, it's hard to believe that they're actually gaining supporters. However, I think I know a few reasons why this is happening.

First, Obama was an extremely competent and capable president. He was by far the best president of my lifetime. So I'm not surprised that most Millennials were voting Democrat in the early 2010s. Now, they chosen Joe Biden as their leader. Regardless of what you think of his policies, you must admit that Biden is not the best choice for the Democrats. His mental faculties are declining, and he probably shouldn't be in office. I'm not trying to be mean, but I believe that it's true.

Second, the Democrats have done nothing to address the surge in crime that has swept across the country. I believe that the DA of San Francisco and Chicago have said that they will not prosecute anyone who is guilty of shoplifting less than $1000 worth of merchandise. The result? Rampant shoplifting in Democrat-run cities. Walmart was forced to close all of its stores in Portland, and half of its stores in Chicago. I've heard that Target lost close to a billion dollars because of looting and shoplifting. I believe that the Democrats made a big mistake by being soft on crime. Now, the Republicans can portray themselves as the party of law and order, and that's a big win for them.

The Democrats need to change some of their policies if they want to keep winning.
