Sounds like a good story. Going to watch. It’s on Amazon. The whole culture seems crazy. Not surprised when it lapses into crookedness, as it often does. Bad enough that people are trapped in s stultifying way of life without their being fleeced as well.

Good point about contraception being a simple solution if people want to stop abortions. They disapprove of contraception too because it enables people to have sex for pleasure not procreation. Not OK to have pleasure! Not OK to interfere with God’s purpose for sex. Sheesh. Why did God give us brains if He (their God is definitely a He) didn’t want us to use them?

I enjoyed LuLaRich. Especially the womens' testimonies....but I wish (of course there's a but) they had emphasized that LuLaRo's business model is the same as every other MLM from Nutrilite on down. It has always been a money-transfer scam and it is largely ignored because the people who are routinely fleeced are those without political power.

Enjoyed LuLaRich. Jill Filipovic’s contribution helped locate the story in the scheme of things. The courage of the women who told their stories of involvement with LuLaRoe was impressive, inspiring.
